We take care of the full financial accounting of your company in France – from day-to-day bookkeeping through to the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with French accounting rules.
Our main accounting services include:
- Ongoing bookkeeping in accordance with the French General Chart of Accounts (Plan comptable général / PCG), with mapping to your local or group chart of accounts
- Preparation of management accounts, financial analyses and reporting
- Preparation of annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account and notes)
- Group consolidation under HGB, US GAAP or IFRS
- Payroll accounting entries (as part of payroll processing)
- Administrative support
We provide reporting in both French and German, ensuring smooth communication between your German-speaking parent company and its French subsidiary.
We work with modern accounting and ERP solutions used by accounting firms and companies in France.
Your accounting can either be managed on our own internal systems, such as SAGE or Pennylane, or directly in your accounting software or ERP system, for example SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central, DATEV, ProAlpha, Navision, eGecko, etc.
